You can easily donate to a fundraiser raising money in a currency different from your own. When you visit the GoFundMe and select "Donate now", the donation flow will already be updated to your currency. Simply enter your donation amount, fill out your personal details, and you can submit your donation in your local currency.
You can also change the currency to the organizer's currency, but we suggest donating in your own local currency because while GoFundMe does not charge conversion fees, your bank may. If you have questions, please reach out to them directly.
In certain cases GoFundMe's payment processing partners may not be able to process donations from Afghanistan, Belarus, China, Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, Iran, Lebanon, Nigeria, North Korea, North Macedonia, Myanmar, Pakistan, Russia, South Sudan, Syria, and Ukraine. We’re always working on expanding services to support people in more countries.
