If you're a nonprofit, this may have happened for a variety of reasons, including:
- A change in the organization's status with a government regulator
- PayPal Giving Fund issued checks that remained uncashed/expired after a long period of time
- The nonprofit has reached out to PayPal Giving Fund to close the payment account
